Dessinée par Gérald Genta en 1976, la Nautilus a engendré la 7118 — sa déclinaison féminine, à 35,2 mm. Le boîtier en acier poli-brossé épouse le poignet avec une discrétion calculée. Le cadran gris fumé guilloché, strié de reflets horizontaux, change de caractère selon la lumière.
