Withdrawal Policy

Principle of withdrawal
In principle, the customer has the right to withdraw by returning or returning the product to the seller, without giving any reason. The product must be returned or returned no later than fourteen (14) days following the communication of the decision to withdraw, unless the seller offers to collect the product himself.

Withdrawal period
The withdrawal period expires fourteen (14) days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and designated by you, physically takes possession of the goods. For several products ordered via a single order with several deliveries, the withdrawal period will expire fourteen (14) days after receipt of the last good.

Notification of the right of withdrawal
To exercise his right of withdrawal, the customer must notify his decision clearly (for example, a letter sent by post or email) to: L'Ecrin Horlogerie W&J SA c/o bds avenue du mail 22 1204 Genève, or by email to contact@lecrin.ch.

To respect the withdrawal period, the customer must send his communication before the expiry of the deadline.

Effects of withdrawal
In the event of withdrawal, the seller undertakes to reimburse all amounts paid, including standard delivery costs, within a reasonable period of time after receipt of the returned products or proof of their shipment. The refund will be made via the same payment method used during the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

Return procedures
The customer must return the product, no later than fourteen (14) days after having communicated his decision to withdraw, to: L'Ecrin Horlogerie W&J SA c/o bds avenue du mail 22 1204 Genève, Switzerland. This deadline is respected if the product is returned before the expiration of fourteen (14) days.

Return costs
The customer bears the direct costs of returning the product.

Condition of the returned property
The product must be returned in good condition, with all accessories. The customer is responsible for the depreciation of the product due to excessive handling.

Exclusions from the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply in the following cases:

• Customized or custom made products
• Products ordered not available in L'Ecrin stock.
• Sealed products or stickers opened and used
